GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Loan Servicing Department is responsible for the operational administration of loans after closing. Loan Servicing serves as the central control point for system accuracy, loan boarding, ongoing maintenance, and transactional integrity. The department is solely responsible for boarding loans into the core system and processing subsequent maintenance requests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Serve as the central control point for post-closing loan operations by boarding loans into the core system, processing maintenance requests, maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory expectations.
