Loan Servicing Specialist - Hybrid#26-06159 Charlotte, NC Hybrid Contract Starts 6/15/2026 Ends 9/30/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract opportunity. Pay range up to: $42.91 per hour This role is responsible for managing post-origination loan activities, ensuring the accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation inpliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in loan servicing within banking or financial services.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems Review loan documents to ensure accuracy andpleteness of data Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits,pliance reviews, and financial reporting Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing

Requirements:

Senior-level (10+ years) experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance Strong analytical, organizational, andmunication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
