Branch Representative - Part Time

Branch Representative Part time position 20-25 hours/week.

Duties Include:

Processing Loan Applications Take payments on accounts Make outbound calls on delinquent accounts to collect balances on the debt Take incoming phone calls to service loans including answering questions pertaining to accounts, take payments on existing loans, and setting up payment arrangements. Prepare correspondence through mail, email, and text messages.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 2 years customer service/collections experience preferred Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to reason with customers on existing delinquent accounts This Company Describes Its Culture as: Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
