Job Title:

Loan Servicing Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing real estate loan accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain loan files and documentation.
• Monitor escrow accounts and ensure timely payments. Will be responsible for paying tax/ insurance payments and figuring impound analysis on each account as needed.
• Assist with loan modifications.
• Conduct financial calculations related to loans.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform 10 key typing and data entry tasks.
• Assist in pre foreclosure/foreclosure process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a real estate financial services setting
• Strong understanding of loan servicing procedures and regulations
• Proficiency in math and financial calculations
• Knowledge of promissory notes/deeds of trust/contracts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
