Job Description
We Help people regain control of their finances while building a meaningful career with a nonprofit organization that has served consumers nationwide since 1996. Debt Reduction Services is seeking a Financial Credit Counselor to work with individuals and families looking to reduce debt, improve budgeting skills, and achieve financial stability. This is a customer-focused position with no cold calling or outside sales. Our Perks!

Debt Reduction Services is a non-profit debt management and credit counseling service organization that has helped thousands of consumers since our inception in 1996. Our goal at Debt Reduction Services is to significantly improve the financial well-being of our clients and assist them in achieving a better overall quality of life through credit counseling, debt management, and credit and debt education programs.Job Responsibilities:
- Be the first contact and introduction for future clients on our program.
Job Requirements:
- Open availability weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and some weekends (during specific seasons and when business requires).
- Business Casual Attire.
- Well-spoken with a positive attitude
- Bilingual not required, but preferred
- Prompt and clear communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and other general computer-based tasks
