They are the voice of Treadwell Credit Union representing Treadwell Credit Union during all phone interactions. They always create and maintain a welcoming and friendly environment while assisting members and potential members over the phone. They provide members with products and services to best suit them to build lasting relationships and increase products per member. They are problem solvers and solutions specialists who may also conduct various transactions.
Responsibilities:
Utilizes proper phone etiquette throughout the duration of the call Answer Queue quickly to meet appropriate goals Process Financial Transactions/Account Dispute Resolution for
Members:
Check Holds, Transfers, Loan Payments, Master Card Payments, Redeem CD's, CU•Talk and
ITSME247
Pin Resets, Stop Pays, Close Accounts, Corporate Checks, Text banking requests Ordering of New Credit Cards and overall daily processes of entire credit card program Download and transmit appropriate Shared Branching reports to Xtend Assist members with ATM and Debit/Credit Card Complications Share drafts, VISA cards, ATM cards, IRAs, etc. Monitor Negative Share Report and transfer funds from the members' available funds when possible. Monitor and maintain dormant accounts. Responsible for all plastic cards' maintenance. Cross‐sell credit union products and services when appropriate. Assist members with basic questions regarding their loans. Assist members with remote access. Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Mail, fax, or e‐mail new member applications, loan applications, and/or information to members and prospective members. Responsible for researching member inquiries to ensure proper follow-up and satisfaction. Continuously check member service voice mail and reply to these calls accordingly. Work with ACH partner to determine appropriate action for ACH returns Set up new payroll companies for ACH early post Setup and transmit ACH payments to appropriate auto dealers Setup ACH debits for member loan payments Process loan payments made via Propay and ensure appropriate GL is balanced Research and solve more complex member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts. Displays a warm, friendly, and professional manner using appropriate phone etiquette throughout the entire call Offer appropriate products and services to assist members with future financial goals whenever appropriate Demonstrates active listening and uses effective questioning skills to gather members information Displays solid understanding of credit union products, sounding clear and confident throughout the entire call Contributes toward achieving Contact Center Goals Objectives Conform/Comply with all applicable Treadwell Credit Union policies and procedures (internal controls) and Federal, State and Local regulations applicable. Responsible for researching member inquiries to ensure proper follow up and satisfaction. Ensure that all credit union member‐ and employee‐related business is kept in the strictest confidence. Treat all credit union members and employees with a positive and cooperative attitude. •Previous experience with CU•Answers software a plus.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or
G.E.D. BS/BA
