Loan Servicing Specialist

Loan Servicing Specialist Bank7 is a growing regional bank providing commercial banking services in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate servicing and administration of Real Estate, Commercial, and Consumer loans and is responsible for maintaining compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while providing excellent service. We are looking for all levels of experience. While direct experience is not a requirement, ideal candidates should have a basic knowledge of lending processes, applicable experience in a banking/lending environment, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and grow in the industry. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Serve as the intermediary between front line lending staff and the bank's loan and file systems Collaborate with management, lenders, and assistants to process loan transactions and maintain loan files Process loan payments, payoffs, and release of collateral in accordance with bank policy Oversee construction loan disbursements, including coordinating inspections and documenting advances Execute requests in an accurate and timely manner Analyze escrow accounts and process property tax and insurance payments Prepare loan payoff statements Process paid loans and lien releases Manage exception tracking reports and follow up to ensure timely resolution Conduct daily loan audits, reconcile records, and maintain accuracy within the bank's servicing systems Receive, validate and complete loan maintenance requests Verify and monitor insurance coverage on collateralized properties for escrowed and non-escrowed loans to ensure adequate protection Research and resolve inquiries from customers, loan officers, and other internal departments with accuracy and professionalism Consistently meets all regulatory and legal guidelines surrounding all assigned functions Responsible for ensuring adherence to bank policies, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program Uphold all bank policies and procedures, including security protocols and confidentiality standards Maintain regular and reliable attendance, adhere to professional dress standards Focus on teamwork and collaboration for the growth of the department

Qualifications:

Relevant business experience or loan servicing experience; prior banking experience strongly preferred

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment Proficient business writing and professional communication skills Strong critical thinking and time management skills Strong organizational and computer skills Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of Fiserv products is a plus Demonstrate ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms
