Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES
Responsible for reading industry and trade group correspondence listing common delinquent accounts and industry solutions. Communicate with internal and external parties. Monitors orders on credit hold. Contacts delinquent accounts for payment and to negotiate with customers on payment schedules when they are unable to pay immediately. Contacts customers with alternative payment terms when we are unable to extend open account terms. Responsible for working with our customer's accounts payable departments and internal departments to resolve deductions. This includes tracking open and closed deductions to provide current and accurate information. Reviews credit information on new customers. Sets credit limits on new customer accounts. Reviews and updates credit limits on existing accounts. Performs and reviews financial ratio analysis on certain customer accounts as a tool to assist with assigning credit limits. Utilize software packages to evaluate credit limits and to monitor accounts. Utilize Microsoft Word credit related correspondence and Microsoft Excel for analysis and review. Participates in department meetings to discuss open balances on customer accounts Work hours must be flexible to adjust to busy seasons and backing up other staff. Assist in reviewing customers compliance guides. Perform related duties or special assignments as directed.EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Degree in relevant field 1-2 years of experience in relevant field Any similar combination of education and experience Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of AX and D365 operating systems preferred •This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA•Smoking is permitted in most areas of Zippo workplace facilities, other than certain designated non-smoking areas.Similar jobs in Bradford, PA
