Responsibilities Assist clients with loan applications, account inquiries, and repayment options through clear and friendly communication. Conduct thorough data entry to accurately record client information, loan details, and transaction activities. Analyze client data to identify potential fraud risks and implement detection measures to safeguard assets. Promote financial products and services by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their financial well-being. Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve issues efficiently and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure transparency and accountability. Support fraud prevention efforts by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and escalating concerns appropriately. Qualifications Proven experience in financial sales, banking, or customer service roles with a focus on financial services. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client information, detect fraud patterns, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in data entry systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Knowledge of banking procedures, fraud prevention techniques, and compliance standards is highly desirable. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
