This position is based on-site in our NVR Mortgage offices.

What you will be doing:

Answer and respond to borrower post-closing phone calls General loan servicing activities such as loan boarding, payoff processing and disbursing taxes/insurance Reach out to borrowers regarding first payments Process borrower payments Uploading closed loan files to investors for review. Review of agency loans to clear edits prior to purchase Prepare data transfer related to the purchase of loans Process wires and import purchase advice information for purchased loans Accounting and reconciliation of purchased loans for accuracy Boarding, reporting and audit/oversight of loans boarded with NVRM subservicer Qualified applicants have:

• Experience in the field of Loan Servicing (preferred) OR Accounting experience
• Customer orientation skills, with comfort talking to customers/investors over the phone
• Attention to detail with ability to hit deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.
