CONSUMER LOAN
PROCESSOR, Credit Union , reports to the Consumer Lending Manager and responsible for the timely and accurate processing of consumer loan applications from submission through funding, ensuring compliance with credit union policies, investor and program guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements; serves as a key member of the Consumer Lending team; partners with underwriters, loan officers, contact center and branch staff, members, and dealer partners to efficiently manage the loan pipeline while delivering exceptional accuracy, regulatory compliance, and member service. REQUIRED
: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year of experience in consumer loan processing, lending support, or a related financial services role.
PREFERRED
: experience in a credit union or community financial institution; familiarity with nCino or a comparable loan origination system, indirect lending platforms such as Origence (CUDL), and the Fiserv DNA core banking system; working knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z, Regulation B, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Military Lending Act (MLA). 6/29/2026
