Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is partnering with a global logistics and maritime services company in Houston, TX to find a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing accounting team! This is an onsite opportunity with the potential to transition into a hybrid schedule after 6 months based on performance. The company offers a collaborative team environment, flexible start times, and strong long-term growth potential. Candidates should have 2 or more years of recent B2B experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections. Industry experience in logistics or maritime is a plus but not required. Hourly pay for the AR Specialist ranges between $24 and $28 per hour depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Managing billing through the collections process Handling B2B collections and communicating with clients regarding outstanding balances Maintaining accurate records of credit and payment activity Collaborating with the Credit Control Manager and accounting team Supporting account reconciliation efforts and credit reporting
Job Requirements:
2-5 years of recent experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable B2B collections experience required Detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong communicator Team player with a proactive mindset Basic Excel skills required (training provided if needed) Logistics or maritime industry experience a plus, but not required
Pay Details:
