The Company is a significant originator of small balance commercial loans in several major markets throughout the United States. Harvest is committed to serving borrowers in underserved markets and is dedicated to helping our customers maintain and create jobs in their respective communities. Position Summary Administrative duties related to the servicing of a portfolio of SBA 7(a), 504 and Conventional real-estate secured loans. Location Laguna Hills, CA Essential Job Functions Point-of-contact for loan portfolio on all insurance and property tax related matters via USPS, telephone and email. Communicate and work with agents and borrowers to obtain current insurance and property tax information. Accurately capture, input, and manage details of all borrower and agent interactions using appropriate servicing system. Force place coverage for any expired or cancelled policies. Assist other departments in updating information in servicing system. Onboard new loan information into servicing system. Assist other departments with special projects. Education/Experience Strong customer service and collections in a high call volume environment. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve. Strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other online based software Four-year college degree preferred, or 2 years of college education plus 1 year of full-time work experience, preferably in SBA servicing.
