Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth loan origination processes, support loan officers, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Review and verify loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate Process loan files efficiently using financial software and maintain meticulous records of each transaction Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and third-party vendors to gather necessary information and clarify details Ensure compliance with federal regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and contractual obligations Calculate basic math related to loan terms, interest rates, payments, and amortization schedules Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents associated with loans Must be able to calculate usable income for all agency loans. Experience Prior experience in loan origination or loan processing within financial services or banking environments Demonstrated knowledge of loan officer procedures, including document collection and verification processes Familiarity with financial software systems used for processing loans Strong understanding of TILA regulations and contractual documentation requirements Proficiency in basic math calculations related to loans and payments Experience with 10 key typing or similar data entry skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling multiple files simultaneously Preferred encompass experience
