Today Job Description Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Loaner Agent to become a part of an efficient and customer-oriented service department. Starting wage $18 hourly. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Properly creates loaner car agreements ensuring that clients provide current driver's license, current insurance and valid credit card. Provide clients with explanations about potential charges that can arise from using our loaner vehicle. Provide a seamless handoff of the loaner vehicle to the client explaining the walkaround and what is expected upon their return to the dealership. Daily check on existing inventory for compliance with our standards such as full tank of gas, cleanliness of vehicle and mileage. Check in vehicles as they come in from clients. Inspect vehicle for possible damage, non-compliance with fuel levels at time of checkout, excessive miles and cleanliness. Ensure returned vehicles are washed and ready to go for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment Have a positive attitude and be customer service oriented Strong organizational and computer skills 18 years of age with a valid drivers' license and clean driving record Successfully pass a background check
