Addison, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Escrow Presentations for conferences or internal meetings Windows Mortgage industry Desktop applications Loan servicing Productivity software Full Job Description FICS is excited to announce an opening for a Mortgage Loan Servicing System Support professional who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support for our mortgage loan servicing software. We seek an individual with a solid background in residential loan servicing, ideally with at least three years of hands-on experience. You must possess a deep understanding of mortgage servicing processes, including escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, and IRS reporting. As a System Support team member at FICS, you will act as the go-to resource for our clients, troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and providing training on our software solutions. Your contributions are vital, as you will be helping clients navigate through the complexities of mortgage servicing software, enhancing their productivity and operational efficiency. Expect to conduct hands-on training sessions, webinars, and participate in software testing to ensure top-notch product performance Requirements What you bring: 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage loan servicing is required. Experience with investor reporting, specifically with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of mortgage loan servicing principles , including escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, and IRS reporting. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal. Proficient interpersonal and presentation skills . Proficiency with personal computers and standard business software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Quick ability to learn other software used by FICS in a Windows environment A genuine eagerness to learn and adapt is essential. Willingness to travel within the U.S. as necessary.
