Lending Center Rep I - Major Dr

What you'll do: In this role, you'll be part of a team that helps members get the loans they need; auto, personal and more. You'll work behind the scenes and on the front lines, handling loan applications, underwriting within limits, and making sure each member's experience is smooth, friendly, and stress-free. And when the opportunity arises, you'll share other helpful solutions like payment protection or GAP insurance, because you genuinely care. You'll also: Process loan applications that come in via phone, internet and through our branches Contact members about decisions and help close approved loans Perform outbound calls to connect with members about loan opportunities Keep things organized and up to date, because the details matter Support our branch teams with anything loan related What we're looking for: A high school diploma (or equivalent) Experience with loans or lending (preferred) Strong communication skills: you are comfortable talking to people and explaining options clearly A warm positive attitude and a genuine desire to help Great attention to detail and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Comfort with outbound calls to members, computers and multitasking Why DuGood?
