Job Duties:
Associate, Data Stewardship with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Initiate all set ups, amendments, and enrichments for Corporate and Real Estate loan products in the Asset & Wealth Management Private division. Run monthly reconciliations of all loan data to ensure Federal reportable attributes are accurately captured to ensure regulatory compliance with FRY-14 and SNC eligibility. Support internal system uplifts and new product integration to ensure firms adherence to regulatory standards. Responsible for ensuring client reference data is up to date to support continuity for all stakeholders within AWM Private Ops. Lead quarterly discussions with senior leadership to address and mitigate potential risk factors. Perform adhoc audit checks on team procedures and team processes to remain compliant with firmwide policies and federal regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience in the following: financial Products, including loans, notes, bonds, cash receivables, or other alternative investments; loan economics such as Paid in kind (PIK) interest, market rates, amortization payments, foreign currencies, tranche types, and other loan economics; investment strategies such as loan refinancing and restructuring, acquisitions, chapter 11, real estate development, and other investment strategies; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and functions VLookup, Index, Match and Pivot tables to capture and assess data for accurate reporting; understanding complicated credit documentation to ensure both positions and ongoing loan servicing activities and any updates through amendments are reflected accurately; and coordinating issue resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
