Required Qualifications:
3+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field. Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment.
Responsibilities:
Servicing a robust portfolio and conducting daily exception monitoring and break resolution Interaction with middle office teams, sales teams, controllers, and other internal teams to resolve transactional issues and to collaborate on process and product enhancements and improvements Risk management of the firm's cash flows related to lending and trading activities. Settlement functions include support of trading/sales, settlement execution and daily reporting while accurately managing the firm's books and records. Perform regular due diligence by evaluating client payments inbound and outbound globally Reviewing legal documents and ad-hoc reports for the client and internal business groups.
