In this role, you'll guide customers through the auto refinance process, deliver exceptional service, and help identify solutions that fit their financial needs, all while earning uncapped monthly bonuses based on performance .

What You'll Do:

Educate customers on auto loan refinance options Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and text Address questions, resolve concerns, and overcome objections Accurately document interactions and maintain compliance records Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
