Job Job Purpose :
Responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring, and the closing of Auto Title loans. Loan Adviser will report to the Store Manager and will be responsible for ensuring timely payment by conducting reminder calls and organizing payments. Represents Discount Title Loans in local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in marketing all of the companies products and services. For collection purposes, we require field visiting , working with 3rd party for collecting and contacting via phone.
Job Duties :
  • Opening and closing store on a daily basis, as instructed by Store Manager
  • Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
  • Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk considerations and present credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority with the company as required.
  • Rejects loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants.
  • Approves loans by issuing checks
  • Completes loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signatures and notarization; collecting fees.
  • Helps customers by answering questions; responding to requests.
  • Maintains client account portfolio
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Must meet performance goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Manages all aspects of collections, daily, including calls, texts and field visits
Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years of financial service experience, 1+ years of Management Experience Audit, Financial Skills, Financial Software, Customer Service, Thoroughness, Confidentiality, Analyzing Information ,
