Role:

As an Insurance Analyst, you will perform various tasks within the insurance team. Manage insurance compliance reviews for Agency, institutional, private client and high-profile borrowers as required. Manage flood determination process, force placed insurance and insurance claims as required.

What You'll Do:

Conduct analysis of Commercial Insurance to ensure compliance with Lender requirements. Communicate and provide support in assessing risk between Lender and Borrower needs. Review Loan Closing Documents for insurance compliance at loan level. Collaborate with Insurer and Borrower to address deficiencies or missing coverage. Work with Loan Servicing team to resolve insurance related issues. Obtain insurance renewal documents and invoices from relevant parties. Utilize CBRE proprietary client systems to review insurance data and run reports. Assist in gathering insurance documentation for audits. Uphold
