The successful candidates will be responsible for working with clients to determine their needs and provide high-quality customer service. Looking for self motivated individual to join our team. Candidate must be self motivated and eager to learn. Basic collection and sales knowledge is a plus. We pride ourselves with the best customer service in our market. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30 pm, absolutely no late nights or weekend work. Employee must have reliable transportation, DL, and Insurance and pass a Criminal Background check. Responsibilities Process consumer loan applications by gathering necessary documentation and conducting credit analysis. Inside and outside collections. Learn and relevant legal statues that pertain to our business. Represent business in court proceedings. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products. Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and manage escrow accounts. Provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets and contributing to overall team success.
