About FCC Finance, LLC FCC Finance, LLC is a fast-growing FinTech company specializing in innovative loan origination and servicing solutions. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative supports daily operations at FCC Finance, LLC by handling customer inquiries, high-volume phone and email communications, and general office tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, monitoring accounts, processing refunds, and assisting with loan issues, all while ensuring compliance. Additional duties involve facilitating payments, preparing documents, serving as a notary, and supporting accounts covered by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential in delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Manager and Executive Vice President.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering telephones, copying, filing, preparing correspondence and spreadsheets, attending meetings, and completing other tasks as required.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and voicemails, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and communications from related parties, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.
  • Conduct data entry and manage a high volume of phone interactions as part of daily operations.
  • Record and maintain Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings and manage associated files to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor accounts for overpayments, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution or refunds as necessary.
  • Send account statements and related communications to mail sources in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
  • Write off account balances exceeding $10.00, adhering to company policies and maintaining accurate records of adjustments.
  • Address and resolve loan-related issues, collaborating with relevant departments to deliver effective solutions for customers.
  • Mail debt value letters and manage corresponding documentation to support account servicing activities.
  • Set up autopay arrangements, process payments, and assist customers with payment-related inquiries to ensure successful transactions.
  • Create FedEx labels and coordinate the shipment of important documents as required.
  • Prepare paid in full packets for customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and accurate.
  • Close paid in full accounts, update records, and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
  • Serve as a notary for relevant transactions and documents, following legal and company requirements.
  • Manage accounts covered by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), ensuring compliance and providing appropriate support to eligible customers.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail along with solid verbal and written skills a must with an ability to effectively interact with various departments and levels of management.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow-up on action items in a fast paced and fluid environment. Able to maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Must be able to be courteous and remain calm in demanding conditions and resolve problems while exercising good judgment.
  • Able to work projects through to completion, prioritizing tasks, managing time and resources effectively with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow-up on action items
  • English fluency is required
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task
