Job Description

Job Description and Requirements The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for the servicing of portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Answer calls, chats, and e-mails related to portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors. Process payments and payoffs. Facilitate disbursements for hazard, flood, and windstorm insurance payments from the borrower's escrow account and monitor insurance on non-escrow mortgage loans. Process advances on HELOC loans. Process modification requests on portfolio mortgage loans. Review insurance claim checks up to $5,000. Process requests for termination of Private Mortgage Insurance and removal of escrow. Process release of liens on mortgage loans. Image documents into OnBase and Encompass. Maintain a high level of member service in a call center/work group environment. All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice).
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months of member/customer service experience Must be available to work on Saturdays as needed Ability to use phone and automated loan system effectively Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment Strong proficiency with
Excel, Outlook, Word and DocuSign Preferred:
