$21.00 - $25.00 per hour About the Role We are seeking an experienced Member Service Representative to join a well-established credit union in Sugar Land, TX. The ideal candidate will have prior banking or credit union experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for members in person, by phone, and through email. Open new accounts and maintain existing member accounts. Assist members with account inquiries, account maintenance, and debit/credit card issues. Promote credit union products and services based on member needs. Process account updates and documentation accurately. Provide exceptional member service while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Support teller operations as needed, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. Maintain compliance with all applicable banking and credit union regulations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Member Service Representative in a credit union or banking environment. Previous cash-handling experience required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with Client/DNA core systems is a plus. Additional Requirements Credit check required prior to hire. No bankruptcies or active collections.
