Job Summary:

REQUIREMENTS

• Highschool Diploma/GED
• Able to pass a preemployment background check.
• Communication skills
• Customer service experience.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Experience with programs in the Windows Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Experience in money handling.
• Experience in 10-Key

PREFERRED

• Previous banking experience.

JOB DUTIES

• Interviews loan applicants and processes applications by analyzing credit history.
• Processes loan applications.
• Approves or denies loans.
• Handles loan record retention and keeps loan files up to date.
• Computes, prepares, and submits all debt protection claims.
• Serves as the Security Officer for the branch office.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Perform duties of the Member Service Representative and Operations Officer as necessary such as:
• Serves as liaison between members and the Credit Union.
• Answers telephone, greets and refers members to appropriate staff.
• Provides account information.
• Opens new share, sharedraft (checking) and certificate of deposit accounts.
• Handles member's daily banking needs.
• Balance cash drawer.
• Run checks for deposit.
• Prepare member statements for mailing.
• Reproduce and assemble forms.

Monday

• Friday 8:30am
• 5pm

PAY:

$19.45

• $22.

95 Depending on experience
