JOB DESCRIPTION
- Loan Partner 1 Loan Administrative Support for Licensed Loan Officer, working title Loan Partner 1, working title Loan Partner 1 This is the first in a series of two levels

The base pay starts at $20/hour + bonus for every file closed with your assigned Loan Officer! Overview The Loan Partner 1 (LP1) is an entry-level hourly position responsible for lead intake, initial borrower contact, and application initiation. This role is the first point of contact in the mortgage process and supports pipeline growth through speed-to-lead and consistent borrower engagement. The LP1 reports directly to the Branch Manager and may work under the supervision of an assigned Loan Officer.
Responsibilities :
Respond to new leads quickly via phone, text, or email Enter and maintain lead records in CRM systems Send loan applications and guide borrowers through initial steps Collect and document basic borrower information Maintain consistent follow-up schedules for leads Communicate updates to Loan Officers and internal team members Ensure smooth handoff of leads to LP2 or Loan Officers Maintain accurate notes in CRM for all borrower interactions May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid state of Washington drivers license and satisfactory driving record Legally authorized to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years of age An Associates Degree or higher is desired (not required) Additional industry-related coursework and certifications helpful (not required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer/office knowledge. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and billing tasks. Ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal, and nonverbal) with clients, vendors, and coworkers Ability to work independently or within a team Professional customer service mindset Proven ability to be punctual, dependable, and maintain reliable attendance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel. Ability to operate standard office equipment and electronics. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and use manual dexterity of limbs sufficient to safely fulfill duties
