ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with the acquisition, transfer, and setup of loans to FFBQRL and others. AuditQC loan files and system datasettings. Research and resolve servicing issues with customers, clients, and vendors. Preparegenerateanalyzedistribute reports. Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

General knowledge of mortgage industry and credit documents. Ability to achieve business objective through directing the work of others and self. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to collaborate with operational areas, regulators and third parties. Ability to manage, analyze and develop large quantities of data. 3 years' experience working in lending operations, preferably mortgage operations. Knowledge of computer systems including, but not limited to, servicing platforms, Word and Excel. High School degree/College preferred. Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
