NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the VP, Business Services Operations. Responsible for assisting the Business Services Department in member loan servicing, this role performs a variety of functions related to life-of-loan servicing of business loans accounts for Landmark's business members.
REQUIREMENTS 1.
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of direct experience in both C&I and commercial real estate servicing. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently as a valuable team member in a dynamic environment. 3. Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 4. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related State and federal laws and regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
Assists directly and indirectly with all business member servicing, including loan payment questions, loan payoffs, wires, providing loan histories, ACH origination audits and deposit account questions and activities. 2. Prepares necessary checklists and utilizes Sageworks ticklers for tracking and follow-up of exception items, including UCC's, final title, recorded mortgages, etc. 3. Responsible for the tracking and continuations of UCC's (both State and County). 4. Processes paid loan files and ensures that mortgages are satisfied within Statutory guidelines per the paid loan checklist procedure. 5. Maintains both the paper files and scanned loan files in Nautilus, including scanning and filing all closed loans and any other ancillary documents. 6. Responsible for all year-end servicing activities, including escrow disbursements and interest statements. 7. Performs other duties as assigned. EEO/Veterans/Disabled
