What You'll Be Doing:
Takes steps to enhance membership value by actively recommending appropriate products and services to members, based upon their financial needs and goals. Efficiently originate consumer loans on all platforms (in-person, phone, electronic) for new and existing members while delivering consistent, high-quality service and experience. Utilize strong interview techniques and communication skills to complete accurate applications in an efficient Review and analyze credit reports, educate members on their credit report, including ways to improve credit ratings and financial wellness Calculate appropriate DNR and DMV fees for collateral registration and communicate and obtain appropriate documentation for filing of registration fees Approve loans within lending authority, present loans outside of lending authority for consumer loan underwriter approval Understand requirements and parameters for account maintenance including name and contact information changes and all consumer loan servicing functions and capabilities. Problem solve and assist with member payment solutions including loan deferrals, lowering payments and/or refinance options and improving financial wellness Set and monitor personal goals, production goals and work independently to ensure successful completion of personal goals. Stay current and utilize knowledge of lending guidelines, policies and procedures to anticipate needs and advise members during complete consumer loan process Identify and inform/educate member of loan details and/or documents needed during course of application and closing process Determine and disclose loan term options, educate member on features and benefits of loan protection products, verify member understanding of all loan details, terms, and product features Open new membership accounts and actively builds member relationships through member follow-up and onboarding; conduct maintenance on accounts, as needed What You'll Need to
Be Successful:
