Description At Summit Credit Union, we believe commercial lending should feel seamless, accurate, and memberfocused. As our Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist 3, you'll play a critical behindthescenes role supporting complex commercial loans-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional member experience from booking through payoff. What You'll Do (Your Impact) Ensure Loan Accuracy & Integrity by booking new commercial loans, renewals, and modifications accurately and timely within core systems while meeting underwriting and regulatory requirements.
Support the Full Loan Lifecycle through processing payments, payoffs, escrows, ticklers, final titles, liens, loan files, and other postclosing activities that protect the credit union and our members.
Partner & Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers and Loan Servicing staff to resolve requests promptly and keep lending relationships running smoothly.
Maintain Regulatory Excellence by ensuring member records, assignments, and loan documentation meet all compliance and policy standards.
Manage Loan Ticklers proactively to clear exceptions and maintain an optimal level of outstanding items.
Enhance Processes & Systems by identifying improvements, participating in special projects, and supporting welldocumented procedures that strengthen efficiency and accuracy.
Train & Support Teammates by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent, highquality work across the team.
Assist Department Leadership by supporting the Manager with daily operational needs to keep the department running effectively. What You Bring High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Four (4) or more years of loan systems or loan operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with members and internal partners.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Physical Demands of Position:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand, and walk; use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level and lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 10 pounds.Environmental/Working Conditions:
Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.Equipment Used:
