Job Description

Guide clients through the loan origination process, providing exceptional customer service. Conduct credit analysis and financial assessments to ensure compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations. Utilize accounting software and financial tools for accurate loan processing and documentation. Negotiate loan terms and conditions while maintaining a strong understanding of FNMA guidelines. Collaborate with escrow and banking professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
