Job Description

Starting salary of $80,000-$100,000 based on experience, plus a bonus plan. Job Summary We are seeking a licensed designated broker in the State of Arizona with proven property management and operations experience to support our property management division. This individual will help oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a key liaison between property owners, tenants, and the property management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the designated broker as required by Arizona State real estate law. Oversee leasing activity, property onboarding, and tenant relations. Support property managers with training, troubleshooting, and guidance on legal and operational matters. Review and approve lease agreements, management contracts, and compliance documentation. Assist with operational workflows, process improvements, and quality assurance initiatives. Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and local landlord-tenant laws and brokerage regulations. Coordinate with accounting and maintenance departments to resolve issues and streamline services. Maintain licensing records, renewal requirements, and continuing education compliance for team members.
Qualifications:
Active Arizona State Broker License . Experience in residential property management operations . In-depth knowledge of Arizona landlord-tenant law and property management practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio) is a plus. Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset. Please apply with your resume.
