Import & Export Operation (Full-time)

Duluth Responsibilities :

Handling customer and agent Inbound orders/shipments. Performing data entry, processing documents, and managing shipments. Monitoring, tracking, and updating the status of shipments as part of daily procedures. Providing customer support services with timely and real-time tracking updates. Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and meeting customer requirements. Identifying, reporting, consulting on, and finding resolutions for any issues. Monitoring all cargo and providing reports to the direct manager.

Qualifications :

1+ years Inbound Logistics experience preferred. Bilingual (Korean/ English) preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, problem solving, solid analytical skills and follow through skills are essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Advanced skills in

MS Office:

Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
