Working hours:

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon

• Fri.) for full-time with benefit or 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Mon
• Fri.

) part-time without benefit.

Requirement:

• Bilingual (Mandarin / English).
• 1 year of Import experience preferred.
• Must be detail-orientated with legal working status
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, punctual, reliable
• excellent at managing time, able to multi-task,
• Good communication skills and team player

General Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Follow up with the carriers for shipment status and prepare invoices for freight transportation
• Verify documentation to customs, clear goods through house custom broker, arrange for applicable duties
• Arrange trucking transportation upon request from customers
• Communication with oversea agents, carriers, rail companies, CFS, custom brokers and importers to ensure

Pay:

$20.00
