Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Customs Brokerage Coordinator to support cross-border logistics operations between the U.S. and Mexico. This role is responsible for coordinating customs clearance, shipment documentation, and communication with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and customers. Responsibilities Coordinate customs clearance for shipments exported from the U.S. to Mexico and imports from Mexico to the U.S. Track containers and cross-border shipments to ensure timely delivery Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BOL, etc. Communicate with customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status and clearance issues Resolve customs delays, inspections, and transportation issues Schedule container pickups, deliveries, and drayage appointments Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems Support daily logistics and operations activities Requirements MUST be fluent in Spanish and English Mexican nationality or strong experience working with Mexico customs/logistics preferred Experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, cross-border transportation, or logistics preferred Familiar with U.S
  • Mexico import/export procedures Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with customs documentation and clearance processes Knowledge of CBP procedures, ACE system, or Mexico customs operations Experience coordinating cross-border containers between Mexico and the U.
