IMPORT FACILITATOR
Job Purpose Responsible for managing the import process from shipment departure through final delivery to third-party warehouse facilities. Ensures accurate documentation, timely customs clearance, and efficient coordination with logistics partners. Key Responsibilities Track and schedule inbound international shipments Review and process import documents, including FDA clearances and holds Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses Record inventory receipts, transfers, and holds in internal systems Review and approve freight, storage, and import-related invoices Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records Support and oversee container receiving activities Qualifications 2-3 years of import, logistics, or supply chain experience Associate degree preferred (supply chain or related field) Skills Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong data entry accuracy Organization and prioritization skills Effective communication (written and verbal) Traits Detail-oriented and proactive Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Work Schedule On-site role 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Business casual environment Parking available All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
