Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers regarding international shipments while delivering exceptional customer service. Coordinate and distribute shipping documentation required for customs clearance. Accurately enter shipment and customs-related data into company systems. Monitor, track, and trace import shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery. Maintain compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and government regulations. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve shipment issues and support operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain organized records and documentation related to customs brokerage activities. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs brokerage, import/export operations, or customer service preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
