Full-time Customs Entry Processor Location:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Customs Entry Processor to support ocean import operations for a global distribution environment. This position is responsible for reviewing and processing customs documentation, coordinating with customs brokers, and ensuring the timely clearance of imported merchandise. Candidates must have hands-on experience working with customs entry documentation and ocean import shipments.
Responsibilities:
Review and process customs and import documentation for ocean shipments.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, steamship lines, and internal departments. Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, arrival notices, and customs documentation for accuracy. Track shipment status and monitor customs clearance activities. Review ISF filings and related import documentation. Resolve documentation discrepancies and assist with customs-related issues. Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documentation. Provide shipment status updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customs entry processing, customs brokerage, ocean imports, or import/export operations. Experience working with CBP Forms 3461, 7501, and/or 7512 preferred. Experience reviewing customs entry documentation and ocean import paperwork.

Familiarity with ISF filings, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Working knowledge of ACE and U.S. Customs procedures preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
