$100,000 Salary + Bonus Potential + Full Benefits Join our Legal Team in Driving Tariff Recovery Our law firm is leading a tariff refund initiative on behalf of clients impacted by U.S. trade policies, including Section 301 and other duties. We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker to play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and recovering overpaid duties. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, trade compliance, and financial recovery, where your expertise directly drives measurable financial results for clients. Your Impact As a key member of our tariff recovery team, you will: Analyze historical import data to identify refund opportunities and duty overpayments Apply expertise in HTS classification, valuation, and origin to support claims Collaborate with attorneys to prepare duty drawbacks, protests, PSCs, and refund filings Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and legal standards Review and validate client entry data and supporting documentation Provide insights on Section 301 tariffs, exclusions, and trade programs Interface with CBP and government agencies as needed What You Bring Active U.S. Customs Broker License (REQUIRED) Experience with tariff classification, audits, or duty recovery/refunds Knowledge of Section 301 tariffs, drawbacks, protests, and post-entry processes Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated, and results-driven environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits $100,000 base salary (highly competitive) Additional incentive opportunities may be available tied to recovered revenue Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Why This Role Stands Out Work on tariff refund claims with measurable financial impact Collaborate directly with our attorneys Be part of a fast-growing, revenue-generating project Opportunity to earn meaningful bonuses tied to your contributions Gain exposure to advanced trade law strategies and compliance work
