You support our team as Manager, Customs & Foreign Trade Responsibilities Manage the Customs & Trade Compliance program in the US for the purpose of mitigating risk to the company. (Including classifications, valuations, training program, manuals). Assist in the development and management of the USMCA region customs broker strategy including auditing, performance monitoring, process improvement and service contract negotiation. Support on global processes (e.g. export control processes, Denied Party Screening, etc.). Conduct internal audits / self-assessments at manufacturing plants and corporate offices in the US. Develop, monitor and report on established KPIs and ACE reports. Communication with customs authorities and external service providers Qualifications Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or job related field from an accredited institution. Automotive customs experience. Work experience 3 years minimum in similar role. Manufacturing, Purchasing, Legal, Logistics experience a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with strict attention to detail. In depth knowledge of US Customs and Border Protection Regulations Knowledge of Canadian and Mexican regulations of advantage Working knowledge of CBP portals and website Some of your Benefits 401K Match 401
