Type:

Direct Hire with benefits Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high?performing Customs Brokerage team, providing daily operational guidance and coaching. Ensure full compliance with CBP and OGA regulations, including HTS classification, protest filing, and regulatory updates. Provide training on new regulations, customs procedures, and brokerage systems (including CargoWise). Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance. Collaborate with the Sales team on client visits and support strategic business initiatives. Identify service issues or workflow gaps and work with leadership to resolve them promptly. Manage VIP accounts and assist the team with customs clearance tasks as needed. Required Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or import/export operations preferred. Fluent English and Mandarin Candidates with relevant coursework in International Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics will also be considered. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team?lead experience preferred. Active U.S. Customs Broker License required.
