$21 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30

AssociateResponsibilities Coordination with

Airlines:

Communicate with airline representatives to arrange cargo pick-up, confirm shipment details, and resolve any discrepancies.

Terminal Fee Payment:

Process and pay terminal handling charges and other related fees at the cargo terminal as required.

Invoice Issuance:

Prepare and issue invoices for terminal fees and other service charges to customers or internal departments.

Customs Clearance Coordination:

Submit customs clearance requests and required documentation to customs brokers, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Trucking Arrangements:

Coordinate with trucking companies to schedule and arrange pick-up and delivery of cargo from the airport terminal to NX warehouse.

File Opening:

Open and maintain files for all incoming shipments, ensuring all relevant documents and information are accurately recorded.

Document Upload:

Upload shipping documents and customs paperwork into the customs clearance system and internal databases.

Other Duties:

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including assisting with inventory control, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
