Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperations/Industry KnowledgeCustomer ServiceVendor RelationsProcedure and Productivity Standards AdherenceAccountingAccurate and Timely BillingSelf DevelopmentUnderstand department process flow, looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivityOverseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)Escalation of problems to Management when necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.6 months experience in Ocean ImportEffective interpersonal skills.?Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Attention to DetailFluent in EnglishReporting StructureOcean Import Lead Agent, Supervisor and ManagerAdditional InformationExpeditors offers excellent benefits:
