Job Description
The Foreign Trade Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics and administrative aspects of the company's import and export operations. The incumbent will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that international trade transactions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate import and export logistics, including shipping, transportation, and customs clearance Prepare and process import and export documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other shipping documents Communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and customs officials, to ensure compliance with international trade regulations Monitor and report on import/export activities, including shipment status and delivery performance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import/export transactions Assist with trade compliance audits and reviews Identify opportunities to optimize import/export processes and procedures Other duties as assignedEducation & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 2+ years of experience in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management Knowledge of international trade regulations, including customs procedures, tariffs, and trade agreements SAP experience is a plusGeneral Requirements:
