This role is responsible for supporting international flight operations by managing U.S. Customs and Canadian CANPASS clearances and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date. The position coordinates international handling and logistics, while closely monitoring daily flight activity to track departures and arrivals in real time. They communicate with U.S. Customs, international authorities, and internal teams (including Owner Services) to arrange clearances for both outbound and inbound flights. Responsibilities include recording flight times, updating systems, and ensuring timely communication to facilitate smooth processing of aircraft. The individual also documents any operational issues or deviations to support effective decision-making. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Day to
Day:
  • Manage and maintain US Customs and Canadian CANPASS clearances for all international flights
  • Coordinate and update international handling and logistics for flight operations
  • Monitor daily flight activity (departures/arrivals) to ensure accurate, timely customs updates
  • Document any issues or deviations to support operational decision-making
  • Communicate with crews and stakeholders while adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include all shifts; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, as required.

Skills and Requirements Must Haves:
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience
  • Data entry experience
  • HS Diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Plusses:
  • College degree Prior aviation experience
