Job Description

We're expanding our team and searching for talented individuals who are eager to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are hiring for part time positions .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely and efficient responses via phone and email. Assess client travel preferences and requirements to devise tailor-made travel solutions. Generate precise and thorough travel quotes, ensuring all financial elements such as costs, taxes, and profit margins are considered. Manage all facets of flight operations including planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination (fuel, FBO services, catering, and ground transportation). Maintain proactive communication with clients about flight updates, delays, and potential changes, while offering effective alternatives. Employ real-time tracking systems to monitor flights, preempt disruptions, and swiftly relay any critical updates. Assist with data entry tasks as needed. Ensure aircraft are immaculately maintained and prepared for flights. Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team and organizational objectives.
Required Skills/Abilities:

background in aviation or charter sales Must pass an initial drug test and be able to receive a Portsmouth International Airport badge. This hybrid role requires commuting to our Portsmouth, NH offices 3-5 days a week. Schedule will require a combination of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
