What We Offer:
$65,000 to $120,000+ per year (performance-based) Uncapped commissions and bonuses Weekly pay Training bonus available Residual income and renewal opportunities Schedule Set your own hours (remote and in-person flexibility) Part-time and full-time opportunities A balanced structure that supports both personal and professional goals Responsibilities Provide information to clients who are making inquiries about our career program Help recruit, enroll and retain students in our oil and gas online bootcamp Follow up on all leads by phone, email, or personal contact in a timely manner Maintain accurate records using our CRM and client management systems Participate in ongoing training, development calls, and mentorship meeting Meet or exceed performance benchmarks in sales and client retention Who We're Looking For Motivated, coachable individuals with strong communication skills People wanting to serve others, not just make quick money Sales experience is a plus, but not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be able to pass a background check Comfortable learning in team environments Potential Career Path 1.
