The Office of Recovery Services in Ogden is looking for a dedicated person to work as a ORS Pre-Order Senior Agent, Compliance Agent III, on Team 12 This recruitment is open ONLY to current Utah Office of Recovery Services employees with at least 1-year experience in child support work. Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: The Senior ORS Agent, Compliance Agent III, performs a full range of professional tasks including: Receive, research, and respond to incoming questions and/or complaints; provide information, explain policy and procedures, and/or facilitate resolutions. Responds to agency, custodial parent, and non-custodial parent emails. Serves as a technical expert to staff. Investigates cases and works with other agents/teams and customers to resolve escalated concerns. Gathers evidence through interviews and/or records, analyzing facts, applying knowledge of agency rules, regulations,and policies. Provides on-the-job training and coaching as a lead worker of the team. Qualifications The model candidate for this position is someone who possesses: The drive to solve challenging problems Excellent writing skills The desire to lead others and help them succeed The ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism Preference may be given to candidates who have one year or more of child support experience.
